sometimes i think many taiwanese companies don't pay attention to costom support. if you get a defact unit, sorry, you had a bad luck. sigh.....

many products in american offer 30 days money back greantee. that means in 30 days, if you don't like the product for ANY reason. they will give back your money. (you can just say you no longer like it or you don't really need it.. what so ever) don't know when this is going to happen in taiwan. maybe never.....

just hope things will get better when more people speak out.
