我以前看過一本很淺的法律的書
一般店家就算標錯價格 但是只要顧客買了 店家也要照標的價格來賣的
(也就是說 賣方出了一個價錢 而買方也同意用這個價錢購買 即使是口頭上的交易
這項交易也是生效的 賣方是不能中途反悔 更何況是有標價格出來的東西)
但是現在是網路的問題 (不知道網路相關的法令 有沒有出來??)
所以我想應該沒有這麼簡單就讓他們開口認錯 一切就看商家良心的問題囉

契約之要約人，因要約而受拘束。但要約當時預先聲明不受拘束，或依其情形或事件之性質可認當事人無受其約束之意思者，不在此限。
貨物標定賣價陳列者，視為要約。但價目表之寄送，不視為要約。
不過電子商務不知道適不適用咧?~
