Yes...
When they get your order from web, it's in "pending" stage
After they put all the DVDs on that order into a box, the order is "filled"
Then TAU will email you saying your order is shipped, and ship your order; however, the status of your order is still "filled"
You can still see the status of your order showing "filled" even after you have gotten your shipment.
