I國勢必想VIA也想向A國宣戰，已獲得為來戰勝國的優勢，為了獨攬權利，因此I國才同時向VIA國宣戰~
在制空權部分，I國已研發出馬力更強大的戰機與以長期以來佔盡優勢的A國戰機，雖然，A國的Athlon戰機的戰績並不會輸給馬力超強的I國P3戰機，不過長久下去必會平衡雙方差距，A國甚至失去制空權。而A國因為產量受限之外，也遲遲不能突破最大馬力，卻因此異想天開的想為Athlon機加裝機砲兩門，增強戰力對抗P3戰機，順便掛上淺水魚雷攻擊戰列艦P4，此不智的舉動，是否會造成A國軍力潰散，留待歷史查驗。
為了不讓新造艦Tualatin的勢力超過當時象徵勢力的旗艦P4，I國決定刪減新艦預算，將16吋砲9門撤換為次等13吋砲8門，此舉是否會讓A國MP艦取得遠東區制海權?值得好好觀察。
希望各方勢均力敵，確保武力平衡，必免一權獨大，而人民生活於苦海之中.....
