Dear James,
We have shipped out the items as we have emailed you regarding the
shipment date. We apologize that the package was unable to reach you however as you were aware in advance when selecting USPS global postal that it does not have a tracking number,which no guarantee that package will not be lost in the mail or held in customs. Some ustomers do want to take that risk when they purchase from USPS postal and however in many cases they do recieve it.
Please, understand the situation we try our best to serve our customers

Sorry, for the inconvience this may have caused you. However, you were aware when you select USPS global priority mail that there is no
tracking number which means the package may be lost/stolen or held in customs.
Many customers are aware of that but they do want to take the risk to save money on shipping. We try to serve our customers the best we can. I apologize that the package was lost, but in fact we did ship the items out. As courtesy of our customers we will offer you a 10% off on the next purchase.
