ATI have production facilities in Canada that only does''two lines'' at a time. They also outsource production from China to make all their other lines, and sometimes the lines they are also doing. The people they outsource from have recently branded themselves as Sapphire to enter the retail market. All the OEM boards are produced by Sapphire, of which many other board vendors are buying pre-built.
