SVCD--Mpeg2 format---Depends on DVD Player support ability
Mini DVD---Mpeg2 format DVD structure--Depends on DVD support ability; ex:Blue Sky 901/902

But actually.. it depends on your source video file quality..; if source file is Mpeg1..or another low quality video format.. like RM or....; please donot make it to DVD or Mpeg2 file.. becasue it is waste your time.. and the quality will not be better.
