我有告訴他們expedited比較不容易收到或是時間比較久
那...他也有回答我這方面的問題。
如下：

I have placed a new order for the item, and it will ship as soon as
possible to the same address. There will be no additional charge for
this replacement. Please note that it has come to our attention that
shipments sent by expedited are taking longer to arrive at the
destination. As such, I will send your replacement by Standard
Shipping.

但是就是不知道結果如何囉！
