關於利息的算法,剛剛得到的答案如下:
若未特別約定，則是自其受領時起至清償日止依年利率百分之五計算之法定利息
所以還沒電話退定的人先去繳卡費....然後寄存證信函給得利...
要求退訂以及退費+利息...
存證信函都出來了...我想得利不想重視也不行了...
想想看一天收到幾十封存證信函...不知道他們公司會有怎樣的回應???
