Dear Newline:
I am a customer who preorder "Special Gift Set of Extended Version of The Fellowship of the Ring DVD, The Ring of The Lord (TROTL DVD set)" from the web site of Deltamac in Taiwan in early of Oct. 2002. The web site told all customers that the TROTL DVD set would deliver in 12th Nov. 2002 and the delievery is global synchronization. But so far I receieve nothing but a insincere apology in 15th Nov. 2002 wherein Deltamac said the delay on Newline's DVD manufacture resulted in the delay of Deltamac. All preorder customers are angry, disappointed and unbelieved for what a company has no any sense of responsibility and sincerity. All preorder customers are wondering what is the true and asking for the compensation from Deltamac because of the delay and the lack of basic respect to the consumer. But Deltamac told all consumers "Just wait and no precise delievery date", a lot of consumers are protesting the impolite behavier at the famous forum (www.pcdvd.com.tw) and BBS. Their objective is that "1. Ask for Deltamac respecting to the consumer and 2. Ask for Deltamac giving a compensation to all preorder customer for the unbelievable delivering delay.

Could you tell me why should I need to wait again and again?
Could you tell me what is wrong with the customer service of Deltamac?
And could you tell me what is the true?
