寫EMAIL去問 結果丟給我一個保險號碼
請問這可以查嗎

When an item is sent by standard Airmail, there is no tracking number.
However, as there was more than three disks in the parcel, we did insure it.
The insurance number is CV02394777XAU. This means that you usually have to
sign for the parcel when it arrives.

I understand that it has been 4 weeks, but it can take up to 7 weeks for
parcels to be delivered.

If your parcel hasn't turned up in a week or so, please let me know.
