Okay, so here's a first look at the Akira 2-disc limited edition coming from Pioneer Entertainment. The THX-certified set will include a documentary on the making of the film, another documentary on the creation of the soundtrack, a featurette on the film's restoration and more. A mere 75,000 copies of the set will be made available in a limited collector's tin (with the rest of the production run in a 2-disc Amaray case) . A single-disc, movie-only version will also be available for those interested.
