我想這應該是我們(在台灣的消費者)這邊資訊不足才有Amazon.com服務較好的錯覺,因為我們只能從有郵寄到台灣的網站去比較,如A&B Sound,TowerRecord等...,無法像老爹您在美國,可以將為數眾多的網站加以比較,也許Amazon.com真如老爹所說的,其客服真的粉糟,但是我想在台灣的消費者大概都會認為Amazon.com的客服大概可算數一數二的了.
