有...Doom9有一些程式的原始碼可以下載...
其實處理mpeg-2還有很多程式...但是都要錢的...
免費的當然在功能上就缺了些...
目前最好的解決辦法還是在轉檔時設source range然後批次轉檔
這樣就可以避免切割後影音不同步的情形了
