在老廠,就如大家說的是那樣。加薪嗎,3-5-10%,還有業界限制,其實是有限,而且一次後可能又好幾年。再看你說,你上面的也是主管,如果上面再好幾層,那其實就不要太高期望。

應該是要去多了解你朋友過去幾年的經歷讓不讓你信任才是重點。。。從員工到變老闆,從事會變,了解這些演變去推敲他特質和面對問題能不能解決。 K董創業還不是一堆老頭元老跟著跳,因為他們認為信得過。

我自己是朋友做總經理找我去做主管,我沒去。還好沒去,因為聽他分開幾年做的不是很穩固,我比較保守的就沒跳,結果他沒一兩年就離開了。。
