說到補充保費，這就是馬英九的鍋。
一天到晚使用者付費，結果不從天天看病的老人想辦法節制，
反而直接增加一個補充保費？什麼鬼，健保跟股利有個屁關係。
民進黨也是不敢得罪老人選票，還想挖更多補充保費，想要軟土深耕嗎？
