這就是我想問的，既然是同業中的差到好笑的薪水，
去留應該是很容易決定的，怎麼會那麼猶豫呢?

樓主說過了阿，另一棚沒缺。如K董不收，國內就沒雇主了。另外一家飛骨董的，連樓主的空巴機型都沒有  。歐美大概不用想了，那邊早人滿為患了，薪資與當地物價的購買力比搞不好還沒鬼島好。這10年機師出走的熱門的中東與中國，也都遇到瓶頸。現在真正需求高的應該東南亞，看那區域飛機在狂買就知，不過沒看過歐美機師出走那區域，薪資方面就難說了。。。
天空開放，競爭激烈，待遇走低是必然的，商業就是如此。飛骨董那家在業界待遇差，招考還不是一堆人去。有空閒去拍飛機，常看到年輕人在看，就知公司根本不怕缺新血培訓。
