這我也遇過類似的，進去後公司對新人不給和舊人一樣的特休天數，雖不爽，但我還是待了快四年等到景氣翻轉才走人。。。樓主犧牲更多，在更窄門的航空業，很猶豫是一定。只能說打聽東南亞、中國或如K董有沒有更好的跳，沒有就只能考慮簽或放棄所有投資與帶來的薪資。人的心態是這樣的，看自己熱不熱愛飛行了。
之前在鬧就說資方不是吃素的。。。說真的台灣兩家航空公司太多了，現在K董也要跳進來，他做成就是現在的會少一大部分營收，只能說保重。。。
