這問題不要歸咎其中任何一個, 這問題已經超脫政黨, 而是台灣人民的本性.
看那精美的海安路, 改得真好. (那個規畫應該是給日本清水寺之類的使用吧)

不知海安路，搜了一下，才知道去年去台南去旅館玩時路過那大路施工的就應是這。我個人是不認為這東西精美，反而認為上這些水泥建築一兩年熱潮過後就又老又破又舊，就是要重新大撒幣再花一次。不過台灣人就好這一味。個人比較好台中草悟道或台北敦化路的綠化，搞一次後就剩維護費。。
