想過這問題，我認為最重就是文化性。說民族性不對，如果台灣是沒K黨50年而繼續日本那套，那應該會和沖繩一樣。看看對岸的交通文化，不難看出台灣為何如此。文化性導致城市設計整個失敗，這個在對岸看得很清楚，舊區根本就和台灣的現在差不多。在對岸要改只要要一令，在台灣要花大錢的與扯到既有利益很難短時間改善
