百號員工與千號員工還留著的不知有多少?以小米來說，他員工算幸運的，剛好是在浪頭上。公司發展方向與產業趨勢剛好搭上，加入的員工大多還留著的機會比較大。
這個東西其實比較看命運，尤其公司沒搭到浪頭要凹很久。薪資補償又不足又技能具流動性，大多撐不下去，很快就還老闆了。自己的經驗是，第一家上櫃的到上市距6年，所有的RD早洗過幾輪。另一家是連上櫃都沒有，剩圈子內的拿著比IC大廠好的薪資的幾個還在外，也只能不斷換人。現在這家要上市，但工號500號內的RD五根手指數的出來。。。
