Ａ：我沒有做什麼，是Mark Jackson做到的。當我還在TNT工作時，Mark Jackson為這支球隊帶來了防守意識。我認為把Andrew Bogut交易過來，是這支球隊開始注重防守的轉捩點，在我來到勇士前，勇士防守排名聯盟第四，所以我沒有改變任何事情，我們知道我們擁有什麼。當Green主擔大前鋒的職責後，我們開始有更多輪轉防守，但除此之外，我們大部分的計畫都沒變。我的工作和我專注的，是讓我們的進攻更順暢、更多傳導 。我是一個很幸運的教練，接掌了一支防守不錯的球隊，而且進攻持續上升，只是需要一點成長和修正。

Steve Kerr credits Mark Jackson for Warriors playing better defense

When asked about how the team got to be such a cohesive unit on defense, Kerr tipped his hat to the former Warriors coach.

Steve Kerr is asked how he got the Warriors to be a defensive-minded team. Says: "I didn't, Mark Jackson did."

During his final season with Golden State, the Warriors allowed just 99.5 points per game. This is especially impressive considering the season before he arrived, the team allowed 105.6 ppg.

They had a top-five defensive rating as a team in 2014 and a bottom-five mark the year before he joined the staff.

扶正嘴綠不知道能不能算。也許以嘴綠之才遲早能出頭。也許Mark Jackson繼續執教也早晚會這麼作也不一定。

除此之外真的都只是些小事了。不過很多小事合起來也多多少少有所增益。

說Kerr只是割稻尾可能有欠公平。他也是有盡力讓這個團隊繼續進化的。
