我覺得主要在於"制度"<也就是看不到的運作制度>,而不是看得到的屋子
必須從戰略 從宏觀的角度上著手
我們都知道 有土斯有財這句話流傳很久
如果土地=財富 而房地產也是金融工具
那麼
學習央行那種收放的制度是必須的
台灣三大都會區必須要有"國有住宅"
當房地產走高時候 把量放出去達到平抑房價的功用
而且只租不賣 能收能放

只租不賣是理想, 後面也會走樣賤賣變更掉。。這劣根性這你應知道的。我認為還是回歸市場制,住得起的付出住得起的代價。領22k丟到大安區那還是活不下去, 搞不好還要納稅人買單維修費。現在連ubike單車這人人都可以使用的都要計較了,更不要提國宅只有少數得利。
