20→30,還是有差別的
前面有些站友說做些有氧運動有差,剛好最近有想要跑步
請問前輩對新手有哪些建議,次數&時間&距離

最簡單的就是 每週三次 ~ 每次跑30分鐘以上~ (不看距離)
跑步是最不花錢的運動~~~
就算沒跑鞋 赤腳 一樣可以跑~~(我個人試過~ 但是不習慣~ 還是穿跑鞋跑舒服點~  )
之前看網路有位神人穿藍白拖跑半程馬拉松(21公里).....成績是 兩小時零七分
還比我穿跑鞋的快了半小時
