外皮的原料不一樣
好像是米漿之類的,
此外公賣局那邊是在台中市區內,詳細地點我有點忘記了(因為我不愛啊!)
由烏日往台中市火車站方向,靠近火車站的大馬路上
會記得公賣局是因為我去哪裡買酒的印象還比較深刻!
如果你吃的肉圓皮是透明的,那表示那還是屬於炸肉圓那一派的作法(所有炸肉圓成形後都要先蒸定型) 只是最後不經過兩鍋油炸(或一鍋)!
此外炸肉圓為了解油膩感,不是從外皮的酥脆度著手,醬汁加蒜泥之類的調味或是白醬強化,不然就是最重要的湯品, 蘿蔔湯 丸子湯 龍骨髓湯,骨仔肉湯,蚵仔湯等各種湯品來解油膩感!

屏東的肉圓不是透明的 但也不會是白色...........
