還是有些,如基礎的醫護,逃生救援...
至於薪水高是因為這些人都幾乎是可以全球跑的,所以薪資上會比較有全球化的傾向
資方也不是不怕,如國泰這樣的資方,如果面對勞工團結罷工,有時候也必須要坐下來協商

所以那位出來抱怨的家人 應該去跟自己家人抱怨說為何員工不組工會??
有工會就有辦法跟公司抗爭~~~~
自己員工不團結 以為靠家人在臉書po文就會改變啥嗎??
