USB 3.0的應該會用DisplayLink的solution. 說外接螢幕沒用的大概很少真的重度應用吧..
拿寫code來說, 雙螢幕一個放spec一個看code非常之好用.
通通都擠到主螢幕來其實是很礙眼的
另外樓主找的不是單純"外接螢幕輸出"的方案,
而是找"可攜行的第二顆螢幕"...
其實我也很想要這樣的東西, 目前看過的就是前面提到的GeChic, 它的優點是
他只是從USB取電, 實際上走VGA/HDMI, 好處是訊號來自NB本身的顯示晶片, 效能不打折
缺點就是占走輸出port, 而且要接兩條線..
單純走USB比較容易找到的可能是Lenovo LT1424, 純USB方案, 好處是只要一條線,
而且甚至可以接很多台, 缺點就是資料走USB port,遠比NB的顯示晶片性能差
至於USB 3.0如前所說, DisplayLink這家已經開始在推, 用算的就知道性能想必比USB 2.0好上一大截..以動不動就要出差寫code的人來說, 其實是會很好用.

問題是你這些作業會帶去星巴克或者是7-11坐在那邊做嗎????
雙螢幕真的很好用~~我家裡的桌上型電腦就是接雙螢幕~~
問題是~~你要外出~~還要多帶一台可能跟你筆電一樣重的外接螢幕
這樣不僅筆電的耗電大增~~還增加了重量~~怎麼算好像都不對阿??
