判刑超過兩年應該就不符合緩刑要件
加重強盜最低七年
所以他們才會哭

移送是移送~~檢察官要怎樣起訴還不知道~~
就算檢察官求處重刑~~法官那邊要怎樣判又是另一回事~~
前幾個月不就有個藝人之子
檢察官求處 9年9個月~~後來法官只判 1年7個月的案例嗎??
