沒錯阿,台北工作機會多,須解決住的問題,但相對於房價的高漲,租金卻是下跌,反而租是相對比較好的選擇

租金也沒有下跌哦~~ 有些地方反而上漲~~~
因為房價太高有行無市~~大家轉而租屋~~
所以台北市租金根本降不下來~~反而有上漲的趨勢~~~
