而且這二十年中間你不能有重大意外或傷病,工作的公司不能倒也不能失業太久,不然你房子不但沒了,前面繳的貸款也要不回來,還要祈求房子不是海砂屋輻射屋鄰居跳樓開瓦斯燒炭,住起來心理毛毛的未來肯定會影響身體健康,大地震不要超過你房屋的耐震程度,颱風下雨不要淹到你家,化糞池不要一下雨就滿到馬路出來（我家旁邊的國宅就是這樣,幹）,還要擔心爛管委會跟惡鄰居,一個家庭20年的消費力都用在這上面,財團,銀行,政府合法詐騙你,人的勞動力就花在買一個價不廉（遠超出物品本身價值）物不美（品質普遍有問題）的房子上,台北居真的大不易阿

沒辦法阿~~台北的工作機會多~~~
在南部房子相對便宜沒錯~~但是薪資相對也低~~~~
除非是公務人員~~不然要在南部討生活也不容易阿......
