KMPlayer 出3.0了，雖然似乎還是beta，不過已經原生支援DXVA了。

1. Support DXVA2 Mode.
2. Libcodec codec update.
3. Support VP8 codec.
4. Fix nsv parser.

How to enable DXVA2 (only in Vista or W7):

- Preferences -> Video processing -> Renderer tab: select Renderer -> Enhanced Video Renderer or EVR C/A.

- Preferences -> Video processing -> General tab -> Select Condition: Disable with the following condition, and also enable "DXVA2 Mode".

- Preferences -> Internal Video Decoder -> Enable "H.264" and "AVC1".

Make sure Superspeed or Highspeed modes are disabled (right-click -> Video advanced).

Check that DXVA mode is being used by pressing Tab key while playing: you will see the DXVA word on screen.
