我是覺得, 死刑是最後一條防線.
以現在的社會環境來說, 不宜廢除
但是不管廢死與否, 詳細的採證都是必需的,
枉死不能拿來當作廢死的藉口, 反而更應該注重採證與程序.
畢竟, 就算廢死, 但是採證還是一樣不嚴謹, 一樣不照程序走, 冤獄損失的可能比死刑還難過
加拿大沒有死刑, 美國一些州也沒有死刑,
但是冤獄往往造成被告的生活完全破碎, 損失時間, 親人離散, 找不到工作, 個人資料被加註: 冤獄(?)
這些要怎麼賠償?
