就我所知, 製程不是絕對, 晶片設計上也有很大的關係
舉CPU 當例子, 明明同樣是 90NM, 同一家公司, Prescott VS BANIAS, 就是兩個極端
prescott 熱的要命, BANIAS 涼快的很
