還有一個新聞:
國泰建設昨(16)日以27.89億元購買新店市光明街1,268坪土地，
每坪單價220萬元，不但刷新新店記錄，也同時創北縣新天價!
國泰建設給人的映像是很穩健的,這新聞我比較意外..
整個波段都沒出手,現在房價高到不行才出手.
我未來景氣我是悲觀看待,可是看別人的動作卻不一樣..
看不懂啊！！

他們肯花大錢買下這塊地~~其中一定有我們所不懂的利基所在~~
不過那就不是一般小老百姓可以玩得起的東西~~~
