天母還有這麼熱嗎 ?
近幾次到天母商圈的時候 , 感覺有點冷清
|
天母早就沒落了~~~之前不久天母西路還被稱為倒店街呢~~
基本上就是不食人間煙火的房東搞出來的~~~
租金一直漲~~漲到後來店家只好搬走或歇業~~~
新光三越蓋好後換成天母東路巷子裡的店面開始漲價~~~
不少小吃攤都被迫收攤~~~
能存活的大多店面是自己的~~~
之前我上班隔壁的店家也搬走了~~他在東區也有一家分店~~
租金比天母便宜~~業績卻比天母好~~~
所以她就把天母這家店給收起來了~~~~
天母已經沒有以前風光了~~不過那些房東好像視而不見的樣子~~
