現在是買方市場還是賣方市場?
賣方市場還一堆買方搶著進場
現在利率那麼低,買方負擔低利房貸沒啥感覺
等時候到了,最後一隻老鼠自然會出現  |
沒錯~~~等到利率開始調高~~~不用多拉~~4％ 就好了~~
很多買房子的年輕人錢都已經卡死死~~~只看到眼前低利率~~
沒想到如果利率調高能不能繳得出貸款~~~
到時應該會有一些便宜的法拍可以撿~~~
