蘋果也是沒在用 MS 的 OS, 還不是一堆人掏錢出來買.
說真的, 未來會是平台化, 替使用者提供一個完整的解決方案,
而不是要使用者自己去配去煩惱.
使用者要的就是開機, 然後就能用, 像看電視選頻道一樣
而不是要煩惱驅動問題, 相容性, 跟有的沒的問題.
Netbook這種精簡的系統, 就是讓你上網, 檢查 E-mail, 看文件... etc...
這些功能究竟需不需要windows 這種 OS?
除了office 的檔案比較有爭議性以外, 我想不出其他功能會是非 MS 不可
瀏覽器, 有一大堆IE 替代品, 媒體播放器, 也是有許多替代品.
而且雲端化以後, 根本不需要每個 Client 都裝軟體
搞不好會有網頁版的 office 編輯器.
如果 NV 拿出推 CUDA 的那種態度去推廣雲端來彌補 Office 等問題, 我不認為支不支援office 會是個問題
再者, 只要有市場, MS 要讓 Office 甚至開發 OS 支援非 X86 的系統應該也不難.
