英特爾還要付錢給Transmeta來交換授權, NV會用這個來做談判嘛?

只是雇用員工, 應該談不上技術授權, 加上Transmeta 解散, intel 應該是要跟該智財擁有者談...
除非智財擁有者是這些員工...
另外, 不知道智財法是怎麼規定的...
假設一個IP 是由 A 員工設計, 然後 A 員工跳槽到 Z 公司, 完整的把技術帶過去, 那這樣不知由無違反智財法
我知道 M$ 之前被水果告說盜用他們的圖形介面, 是藉由提出雇用前員工的方式擺脫...
如果這例子可以符合, 那 NV 基本上很有可能再 3-5 年內生出一顆 x86 CPU, 效能如何是其次(甚至說不重要? 反正 bundle CUDA...)
