P2P是點對點, IP沒辦法伪造...最多只能經過代理, 代理伺服器裡面還是有你的真實IP, 跟上面擷取IP假造資訊貼圖不一樣..
不是, 重點在如果他沒有找出假冒者, 就要自己吃下這罪責......

不過那篇報導的苦主是警察局~~所以就算找不到假冒者~~也不會有事
如果是一般人的話~~那就要自己擔這個罪了~~~
