台灣個人資料外洩很嚴重，個資不代表行為人
不過惡蟲說得沒錯，要查還是有些門路
例如 威嚇家屬長輩 去你工作地點搜搜證
順便問問 家人親戚 上司 老闆 同事 朋友 鄰居...有沒有販賣侵權物
最後再找記者來登上新聞媒體 能頂得住的人應該不多
手段不見得合法 在台灣卻很常見

也許個資不代表行為人~~不過出事情的時候檢警還是會從這些個資先調查起~~
如果剛好你下載 釣魚 torrent 的帳號 資料符合你 IP 的資料~~~
這時你要說檔案不是你下載的我看法官也不會相信你的~~~
我想惡蟲兄想說的應該是這種情形~~~
如果說 torrent 來源並不是一些論壇~~ 而是別的可以不具名下載的地方~~
那這樣要查到苦主的機會就減少很多~~
不過像你講的用威嚇的手法倒是很常見~~~
畢竟很多人都沒時間上法院跟對方耗.....
所以大部分都是選擇和解吧~~~
