如果颱風資訊傳達能夠更確實,應該可以減少一些傷亡!
其實我這一次也中招,光顧著看颱風的行進路線,根本沒注意到還有西南氣流帶來的大雨!
千金難買早知道,萬般無奈想不到....這次應該有很多人能體會這一句話吧!  |

其實還有另一個問題...我不是在罵人
就是大部份的人對氣象相關的知識不是很足夠
所以氣象局報了,人們可能還不知道嚴重性
