很多人說在美國一樣會被打怎樣怎樣其實都是錯的..
就算是飛車美國警察追下來之後也不能打人. 只能把所犯的條款登記下來在按條文起訴.

美國最好是被警察追不理會被打, 通常會跑給警察追的, 馬上就會聯絡附近警察一起追.
那種肯定都會馬上上電視. 四五台電視台即時轉播在空中直昇機拍
警察頂多是把你重車抓下來壓下在地上粗魯了一點.
跟本無權動你, 不然會被告到翻掉.
而且每台灣警車執勤都有攝影機在前方, 主要是方便要是不小心被對方幹掉有個記錄.
也方便之後要被投訴執法不動有個依據.
怎麼可能用棍棒狂打, 當然還是有些新聞有警察把老黑抓下去毆打的啦.
多半是種族歧視.
