我看了一下洋基的官網，
Verlander對戰洋基打者的紀錄，
Jeter跟耶穌對戰打擊率最好：分別是.429跟.400，Verlander加點油，從數據來看解決這兩棒，在加上其他打者對Verlander除了松井秀喜.500比較變態以外，剩下都不到.250，特別是鐵爺0，Swisher.188（分別四五棒），按照洋基偉大的教練把松井秀喜，放在第八棒發霉，把Cano放在第六棒點陽春麵的情況，最好一直這樣保持下去。

反觀，老虎打者對戰沙巴西亞的打擊率，超過.300以上的選手有五位，其中三位是前五棒，
在加上沙巴西亞客場防禦率較高，對戰老虎，我引述一下官網的話：『Sabathia lasted only four innings and allowed a career-high nine runs in an April 16 start vs. the Tigers last year, his only start against them. He is 13-9 with a 4.70 ERA in 26 career starts vs. Detroit.』
