好吧，我一直期盼建仔今天能投場好球，好讓台灣那些腦殘媒體跟那些自以為是的"體育評論員"可以通通給我閉嘴。不過還是被打爆了。

所以，寧願一直聽那些人鬼叫說什麼去3A啊，找回自信啊，我就想去找點數據來看看。

喔，對了，王建民是不會去3A的，真的不知道要講他X的多少次他們才會聽懂。

A team cannot send a player to the minors unless they have options or the player agrees and has at least five years of service. Wang has no options and hasn’t been in the majors long enough.

王建民已經沒有Option了，而且在他沒在mlb滿五年的情況下他也不能被要求下放。

所以他要去3A的唯一辦法就是被DFA，洋基是凱子但是他不是傻子，他為什麼要冒險把一個便宜又大碗的投手雙手奉給別隊?

其實你看完數據後你就知道，王建民不是要找回自信，找回自己那種狗屁。

他姿勢就是不對了。而且是從去年受傷前就開始有的問題，受傷後，這個問題就繼續蔓延+擴大。

第一個問題

這是第一場爆了之後的數據。簡單來說，他的放球位置跟他狀況好的時候差了十萬八千里。
放球點太高，sinker 就 sink不下去。

第二個問題

球速出不來。差了大慨3 mph，power sinker變成普通sinker。
plus pitch 變成 above average pitch 就差很多了。

第二場爆了之後，作者把建仔去年四月狀況最佳的時後，五月狀況開始變差的時候，跟09兩場在做比較。

The horizontal release point of the three versions are different, but the pitches typically end up at the same spot.That means that the post-May 18th fastball has less movement than the pre-May 18th version, and the 2009 version has even less movement than that.

進壘包點是一樣的，但是橫向movement變少了。打者自然比較好找到球的進壘點。

This view shows is that Wang is releasing both pitches from a higher spot this year than he did last.

放球點還是偏高，而且是越來越高。自然近壘包自然就會往上飄。

This year Wang is sitting only 89-91, a small but definitely notable drop. This could be from bad mechanics, a dead arm period, injury, or about a million other things.

最後就是球速還是偏低，球速出不來，妳控球不好時壓制力就差。

所以經過了四天調整，還是一樣的問題。

結論是什麼? 一樣，放球點，放球點，放球點。

所以一開始會覺得建仔真是衰，被泡菜球打出去那球明明就是壓很低，為什麼會被撈出去?

因為他的sinker 問題是在於橫向的movement，因為縮小，打者自然就好抓進壘點，雖然是壓低，但是他們可以把球放在sweet spot上。

但是最百思不解的就是，分明就是一樣的問題，為什麼修不好? 因為除了受傷，需要更改施力點，根本沒有理由這種問題修不好。

問題其實很簡單。

When you’ve lost movement and velocity from your sinker over the winter and groove more than a quarter of your pitchers into the hitter’s happy zone, you’re going to get pounded like Wang has.

當妳的sinker已經沒有movement，球速也沒了，然後你又把球放在打者最愛的地方，你怎麼可能不被打爆。

PS: 其實王建民真的要去3A是可以啦，就掰個什麼"手臂無力"啊(松阪牛肉)，焦慮症啊(Dontrell Willis)，讓他進DL就是了。XD
