退休的理由很簡單:老子不想幹了....
就領了三百多萬退休金回南部老家買棟透天厝過日子....
三百多萬還真的說不上多,不過至少能過的輕鬆愉快......
話說回來,台灣傳產的老板跟高學歷的畢業生一樣,互相看不起....
傳產老闆覺得年輕人只會出一張嘴,自視太高,不好管
年輕人覺得老闆不會尊重專業,覺得學歷無用...
兩者相輕,年輕一代不願意投入傳產,傳產老闆也不願意僱用年輕一代...
