The price might hold, however, I doubt any VGA vendor could raise the price even they face material shortage.
All customers already get used to constant price drop of IT products, especially VGA.
Raising price might distutbe entire products competitiveness and strategy, that will cause higher price to vendor.
I don't have memory of price climbling of VGA in past 15 years.
Maybe some new/hot products have price flucturation in early period of time, but none for long. Trend of price is always going down untill they hit the bottom.
