有看到新聞說
這是美國人的錯
因為他們的衛星是可以躲的
但沒注意到，就發生「衛星禍」了

又不是軍用衛星說變軌就變軌, 而且軍用衛星也不是說變就變,
衛星每次變軌都要消耗推進燃料, 用完不再補, 所以都是有需要才會啟動
而且, 商用衛星常常為了省錢, 都沒把變軌考慮進去,
反正商用衛星在預定軌道上飛就好了,
又不像軍用衛星要突然飛到人家頭頂偷拍
