這個問題, 就事論事...
目前確定的有:
休旅車違規迴轉
不確定的有:
是否超速
兩車在事發前幾分鐘到事發的相對位置
是否越線超車
我在這裡拿掉重機兩個字,
其實對我來說, 重機兩個字無意義, 高速公路上常可以看到重機在跑, 有時還結伴
不管怎樣, 今天事發的主因不是超速, 也不是越線超車,
雖然這些都可能造成事故, 但是就這起事故來說, 主因是休旅車違規迴轉
就這個討論串的資料來看, 除非能有證據證明重機超速, 而不超速的情況下能避免傷害, 才能減輕責任
否則違規迴轉的休旅車要負全責
