UAC 可以關掉,
所以除非人也很智障,
不然完全可以不用跟軟體一起智障.

我當然知道可以關， 但是就算關了每次重開機就會冒出來煩你．．．
而且我知道怎麼關， 其他人呢？
如果最後多數人都關掉ＵＡＣ， 那微軟還是把這個智障程式拿掉也省的佔磁碟空間與記憶體
