一直以來, 星巴克賣的就不是產品,
賣的是品質與服務
這裡的服務跟我們觀念的服務不太一樣
有朋友認為, 哪裡有服務, 還不是要自己去拿.
我想說的是, 這種服務是一種感覺, 所謂的third place精神,
讓大家在工作/家裡之間有個落腳點的地方
透過高品質的咖啡, 帶給人溫暖
